The product is very useful and the pricing is fair.
The only problem was the payment as the system did not accept the usual EU bank cards (the format is not accepted), a money transfer was the solution.

Excellent telephone service .
I phoned with a renewal query and the call was quickly answered as was my query. Very helpful lady who spoke slowly and very clearly, ideal as I am somewhat deaf! My policy was discussed and renewed speedily and the payment confirmation and renewal documentation arrived by email within a couple of minutes.

Good communication and no issues purchasing. However, I’ve not claimed so I don’t know how was easy it is to claim.

Although still a great product it is a shame not to see any no claims or loyalty discounts available to long standing customers.
